Governing language. These Terms of Use are issued in Arabic and English. The Arabic version is the governing text; this English version is a courtesy translation. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict of interpretation, the Arabic version prevails.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (menaregionsolutions.com and its subdomains) (the “Website”), operated by MENA Region Integrated Computing Solutions Company (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

2. Scope — website only

These Terms govern use of this marketing website only. They do not govern our products — including Ithbat, Ahkam, and Marja’ — which are provided under separate written agreements. Access to and use of any product is governed exclusively by that product’s agreement, not by these Terms.

The Website is provided for informational purposes and to allow you to contact us, request a demonstration, book a meeting, or subscribe to our newsletter. You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:

The trade name and product names (Ithbat, Ahkam, Marja’) are marks of the Company. Content on the Website is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, financial, regulatory, or professional advice, and does not create any client or advisory relationship. When you submit a demo request, contact enquiry, or newsletter subscription, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. 12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Capital Governorate (Al-Asimah), State of Kuwait.
